1. Scope and business customer status
These terms govern the online sale of PrestaShop modules and GOCC Care services by GRAND OUEST CAMPING-CARS under the GOCC Modules and GOCCtools brands. The store is exclusively reserved for individuals or organisations purchasing for business purposes. By creating an account and ordering, the customer confirms that they are acting professionally and accepts these terms.
2. Account and business identification
The customer must provide accurate company information, including its legal name, billing address and, where available, registration and VAT numbers. GOCC Modules may request evidence and reject or cancel an order that does not meet this business-customer condition.
3. Products and compatibility
Features, compatible versions, requirements and prices are stated on each product page. The customer must check compatibility and back up the store before installation.
4. Licence
Unless otherwise stated, one licence permits use on one production store and its associated staging store. Resale, redistribution, publication or sharing of the module, licence or files is prohibited.
5. Prices, taxes, orders and payment
Prices are stated in euros. VAT treatment depends on the billing country and address and, where applicable, the validity of the supplied VAT number. Payment is due when the order is placed and is processed by PrestaShop Checkout with PayPal. The order becomes final after payment confirmation.
6. Digital delivery
No physical product is shipped. Download access is opened after payment approval from the customer account and order details.
7. GOCC Care and support
The initial price includes twelve months of updates and support. The purchased version remains usable afterwards. Renewal is optional, with no automatic debit, at the price displayed in the customer account.
8. Warranty and liability
Modules are supplied as described. The business customer remains responsible for its store, backups, third-party extensions, customisations and regulatory obligations. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Intellectual property
The purchase grants a right of use, not a transfer of intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
10. Data, claims and governing law
Data is processed under the privacy policy. Claims must be sent to support@goccmodules.com. French law applies, subject to any mandatory rules.
